Theses are distributed to needy folk in the Christchurch area.

The work is light and a great opportunity to help those struggling and also enjoy some fellowship.

A BBQ at Mega Mitre 10 fundraising for our club. THis is a new fundraiser for Papanui Rotary and we are able to run the event four times in every Rotary Year. All funds go toward supporting the community.

There are 4 rosters in the day, Sunday 13 December the roster is:

8:15am to 9:00am:  Dropping things off and setting up

9:00am to 11:00am: 4 volunteers required

11:00am to 1:00pm: 4 volunteers required

1:00pm to 3:00pm: 3 volunteers required

3:00pm to 4:30pm: 3 volunteers required
                                      (this shift does clean up at 4:00pm).

No meeting at the Papanui Club tonight as we are assisting in preparations for the South Pacific Presidents Elect meeting to be held in Christchurch from 5th to 7th March 2021.
