13 Mar 2026 Hanmer Weekend Mar 13, 2026 8:00 AM - Mar 15, 2026 3:00 PM Following our October weekend, it has been noted at club meetings that a follow-up weekend would take place at the end of February. However, to suit Hanmer Camp requirements, the date has been confirmed as the weekend of Friday 13th to Sunday 15th of March. Set the date aside for some light work, good food and good fun as well as meeting new friendsfrom other Rotary clubs anf hopefully the local Hanmer Lions club. Heads up: Next year marks 50 years of our club's involvement with Hanmer Springs Forest Camp. Let's plan how we can celebrate that.

27 Mar 2026 Hanmer Forest camp working bee Mar 27, 2026 6:00 PM - Mar 29, 2026 1:00 PM ŌTAUTAHI PASSPORT AND PAPANUI ROTARY ARE HOLDING A MAINTENANCE WEEKEND AT HANMER FOREST CAMP Friday 27, Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 March This is a joint project between Papanui and Ōtautahi Rotary clubs and we invite ALL members, partners and friends to join us for a weekend of work and FUN! Even if you can only come for a day to help it will be appreciated by the enthusiastic staff and Trust Board. Please email Nick on COURTNEY@xtra.co.nz to register for the project. All gear is provided and there are variety of tasks, not just painting. • Free Accommodation. • Payment of $60.00 per person which covers all food other than Friday night, breakfasts or alcohol can be made by cash or EFTPOS when you arrive, but you must register to secure a bed. Please let me know of any dietary requirements. Next year marks 50 years of Papanui Rotary involvement with Hanmer Camp let’s plan how we can celebrate then.
