About the Trust
The Rotary Club of Papanui Children in Need Trust helps children with identified need in the Papanui community.

Applications are invited from families or individuals who are experiencing hardship and as a result, have difficulty providing for the life skills, experiences or opportunities desirable for the development of children in their care. Organisations such as schools or clubs which support families/children may, with their permission, apply on their behalf.

Grants may be used to sponsor a variety of opportunities for children, e.g. camps, Outward Bound, drama/sports/arts tours or training. Priority is given in situations in which the Applicant and the Trust share the cost.

The maximum grant awarded per child is $250, to enable the Trust to help as many children as possible in Rotary Papanui’s area.

All funds awarded will be used to benefit the nominated child directly, for the purpose outlined by the Applicant.
