It is important that as many members as possible come to this evening's meeting so that we can get a club photograph that includes all members.

A BBQ at Mega Mitre 10 fundraising for our club. THis is a new fundraiser for Papanui Rotary and we are able to run the event four times in every Rotary Year. All funds go toward supporting the community.

There are 4 rosters in the day, Sunday 13 December the roster is:

8:15am to 9:00am:  Dropping things off and setting up

9:00am to 11:00am: 4 volunteers required

11:00am to 1:00pm: 4 volunteers required

1:00pm to 3:00pm: 3 volunteers required

3:00pm to 4:30pm: 3 volunteers required
                                      (this shift does clean up at 4:00pm).

We will be running the BBQ and assisting by making muffins and scones and serving the afternoon tea.

A team from our club will prepare dinner for the residents of Ronald McDonald House.

Join us for fellowship whilst we tidy up the Papanui Bush area.

Maddie Smith from the Canterbury Brain Collective will speak to us.

Join the happy team as they enjoy great fellowship over a coffee.

We need a team of 8 to 10 volunteers to pack the food boxes at the Foodbank Aotearoa warehouse.

Join the crew to assist in this enjoyable task and know that you are giving help to those less fortunate then ourselves.

John Milligan, CEO of Foodbank Aotearoa will speak to us about this exciting and worthwhile organisation and how they are helping the community.

Organise a car load and join the fun of a car rally expertly organised by Rob Nicholl. 

The fellowship committee has a car trial to Wilson's Mill Gardens and car collection organized for Sunday the 2nd May. 

Starting at the Flax Eatery & Bar. 41 Raranga St ,off Te Korari St. (On Preston's Rd cross  Marshlands, 1st left is Te Korari).

Trial starts 9.30 - 10.00am

BYO picnic lunch.

Conducted car collection and garden tour.. On wet or fine.
